Marlin Fishing Cape Verde Blessed to Share, Grateful for Simplicity

I personally feel that I am very blessed to be able to do what I love and to share my passion with other people. I feel like every day I can do this is a blessing to me. I feel like we all have a purpose in life and one of those purposes is to help other people or helping community when ever possible.

Cape Verde is a poor country in comparison to the United States, where I am from. The local people here are very happy and friendly but for the most part are not as blessed as some of us when it comes to monetary or material things.

Helping Community

Bringing Light to Isolated Islands

Some of the islands and small communities we visit while fishing have just recently gotten electricity and have no way in and out except by boat. A lot of the things that we take for granted each day such as water, electricity, A/C, beds, extra clothing and add multiple meals everyday are not attainable by everyone that lives here. Most of these things are considered luxuries by most of the population. Join us as we work together for helping community!

Donate clothes or funds

Join us in helping community and supporting local families!

donate-now
You can bring a small amount of ANY clothing that you may no longer wear or have out grown. There is no need for fancy cloths but basic shoes, socks, shirts and shorts for someone of any age boy or girl would be greatly appreciated.
donation-now
You may also donate money if you choose to. This can be any amount; $20 -$100 is more than enough. The average person working here makes about $150 a month.

Join us to support local families

I was asked by one of the local captains if I could donate a few dollars to help a family that he was helping that needed a roof, floor and bed for a disabled family. This inspired me to team up with him help local families in need. I feel like we can all do a little to help those in need. If you would like to join us in helping the community please let me know.
